9001:2008문서화 요구사항에 대한 지침
1) Introduction (소개)
Two of the most important objectives in the revision of the ISO 9000 series of standards have been
ISO 9000 시리즈 규격 개정의 가장 중요한 목적 2가지는 다음과 같다.
a) develop a simplified format that will address small as well as medium and large organizations, and
중간 규모 및 대규모 조직은 물론 소규모의 조직에도 적용될 수 있는 단순화된 틀을 개발한다
b) for the amount and detail of documentation required to be more relevant to the desired results of the organization’s process activities.
필요한 문서화의 양 및 세부내용이 조직이 프로세스 활동을 통하여 바라는 성과달성에 보다 더 관련성을 갖도록 해야 한다.
ISO 9001:2008 (“Quality management systems – Requirements”) has achieved these objectives, and the purpose of this additional guidance is to explain the intent of the new standard with specific regard to documentation.
ISO 9001:2008("품질경영시스템-요구사항")은 이러한 목적을 달성했으며, 이 가이던스의 목적은 문서화에 관한 해설을 전달하기 위함이다.
