1) Introduction (¼Ò°³)
Two of the most important objectives in the revision of the ISO 9000 series of standards have been
ISO 9000 ½Ã¸®Áî ±Ô°Ý °³Á¤ÀÇ °¡Àå Áß¿äÇÑ ¸ñÀû 2°¡Áö´Â ´ÙÀ½°ú °°´Ù.
a) develop a simplified format that will address small as well as medium and large organizations, and
Áß°£ ±Ô¸ð ¹× ´ë±Ô¸ð Á¶Á÷Àº ¹°·Ð ¼Ò±Ô¸ðÀÇ Á¶Á÷¿¡µµ Àû¿ëµÉ ¼ö ÀÖ´Â ´Ü¼øÈµÈ ƲÀ» °³¹ßÇÑ´Ù
b) for the amount and detail of documentation required to be more relevant to the desired results of the organization¡¯s process activities.
ÇÊ¿äÇÑ ¹®¼ÈÀÇ ¾ç ¹× ¼¼ºÎ³»¿ëÀÌ Á¶Á÷ÀÌ ÇÁ·Î¼¼½º Ȱµ¿À» ÅëÇÏ¿© ¹Ù¶ó´Â ¼º°ú´Þ¼º¿¡ º¸´Ù ´õ °ü·Ã¼ºÀ» °®µµ·Ï ÇØ¾ß ÇÑ´Ù.
ISO 9001:2008 (¡°Quality management systems – Requirements¡±) has achieved these objectives, and the purpose of this additional guidance is to explain the intent of the new standard with specific regard to documentation.
